Under the direction of Mrs. Lynne Glasco, our chancel choir prepares a variety of anthems for services each Sunday. The choir also presents cantatas complete with piano, a beautiful brand new organ, a string quartet, standard and bass guitars, and percussion several times each year. The annual Christmas Cantata has been a glorious beginning to Hartwell's Christmas season for the entire community for more than 35 years. In addition, various ensembles of the choir members perform at special events at our own church and also at other churches or community events. The handbell choir is also under the direction of Mrs. Lynne Glasco. It is made up of a small group that enjoys music, ringing the bells, and a close fellowship. It is most often heard in the two traditional services or at special times each year.
