We appreciate everyone's participation in one of the four listening sessions organized by the Faith, Foundation and Future team. Each session had a great exchange of thoughts and ideas to help our church move forward in both the short and long term. We are currently reviewing all of the data collected and will provide you with an update in the near future. In April, we hosted four listening sessions to hear directly from our congregation about the needs of our church—both now and into the future. More than 230 people attended, sharing approximately 284 thoughtful suggestions and recommendations. Although not every item falls within our team’s scope, we have separated the ideas and divided them into operational and capital needs. Operational needs have been handed off to the Administrative Council and staff for consideration, and our team will begin focusing on future capital needs. Our goal is to ensure every voice is heard and every suggestion is given careful consideration.
